Project management for complex digital launches.

When multiple agencies, internal teams and tech stacks have to work together, projects stall. We coordinate the people, tools and timelines so everyone does their best work — and the launch actually happens.

Project Management

What’s included

Team coordination

A single point of contact between your internal team, agencies and developers, with clear owners for every task.

Integration planning

Scoping how new technology fits into existing platforms — including large enterprise e-commerce stacks.

Project tooling

Project management workflows tailored to the project, so tasks stay organized across every team involved.

Content programs

Editorial strategy and coordination for teams of writers working in parallel.

Timelines & reporting

Realistic schedules, regular status updates and early warnings when something is at risk.

QA & launch

Testing, sign-off and launch-day coordination across everyone involved.

YZY GAP

For YZY GAP, we worked between GAP’s internal team and the YZY × Nucson team. YZY worked with the development team on high-level web implementation, while we facilitated new designs and feedback from the GAP side.

Integration. GAP has an incredibly large tech stack, and working out how to implement 3D technology within it was a feat in itself — hours of meetings and discussions about how boutique web work could fit into an enormous e-commerce experience.

Tools. We used several project management tools to keep tasks organized across many agencies working at once. Building custom project management setups tailored to each project is one of our specialties.

Buffalo Market

For Buffalo Market, we acted as liaison between groups of writers producing content at the same time. We also built an overarching strategy that let specific writers focus on specific topics, which diversified the content and improved overall SEO traction.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you replace our project manager?

No — the goal is never to replace anyone, but to help everyone on the project do their job better and improve the result.

What size projects do you manage?

Everything from content programs with a handful of writers to launches involving multiple agencies and global retail brands.

Can you manage SEO or development work at the same time?

Yes. Because we also do SEO and web development, we can manage those workstreams directly and spot problems other project managers might miss.
